Terms of Service — RealOne

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RealOne (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealOne is a dating and matchmaking application operated by MATCHIA AI LTD. The Service allows users to create a profile, upload images, and connect with other users based on their preferences. Our Service includes:

  • Profile creation and management

  • User discovery and matching features

  • In-app messaging and communication

  • Push notifications related to service activity

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using RealOne, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts and Profiles

When creating a profile, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Upload only images you own the rights to

  • Not create more than one account for yourself

  • Not share your account with others

  • Keep your profile information up to date

5. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, abuse, bully, or harm other users

  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Use the Service for spam or commercial purposes without permission

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Share personal information of other users without consent

  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence

6. Content Moderation and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment:

  • We reserve the right to review and moderate all content

  • Users may report inappropriate behavior or content

  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms

  • We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abuse

7. User Responsibility and Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not conduct background checks or verify information provided by users. Use caution when deciding what information to share.

Safety recommendations:

  • Do not share sensitive personal contact details too quickly

  • Meet in public places if you choose to meet in person

  • Report suspicious or harmful behavior immediately

  • Contact local authorities if you feel unsafe

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand how we collect, store, and use your information.

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including secure servers to store user data and services to deliver push notifications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and cannot use it for other purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by MATCHIA AI LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for operating the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATCHIA AI LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. MATCHIA AI LTD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that matches or outcomes will be achieved.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MATCHIA AI LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms or from your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv District, Israel.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the Application. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
